Without Weights is a program designed by coach Eddie Lomax
that solely utitlizing bodyweight to burn fat and get in shape. Because
of this there are no weights, equipment and thus no gym membership
required.
The program uses a progressive strategy that the author claims allows
for continuous improvements in your fitness. This strategy
progresses in intensity from the Preparation Phase to Progression Phase
to OptiFiness Phase.
